About the Musical
Featuring 30 of Bajaga's greatest hits, this acclaimed production takes the audience on a nostalgic journey back to the early 1980s, with Belgrade itself serving as the story's true central character.
Playwright Stevan Koprivica describes the musical as "an urban fairy tale set within the Terazije triangle," blending theatre, music, and emotion into a unique stage experience.
A Unique Stage Experience
One of the production's most distinctive features is that the actors, choir, ballet ensemble, and orchestra remain on stage throughout the entire performance, creating an immersive theatrical and musical experience.
The costumes, inspired by the fashion of the 1980s, pay tribute to Madonna and David Bowie, whose iconic styles served as inspiration for costume designer Tatjana Radišić.
