Nina Rakočević (2011, Belgrade) is one of the most promising violinists of her generation on the international stage, having won more than forty first prizes at national and international competitions. As a student of the "Kosta Manojlović" School of Music in Zemun, she completed both her primary and secondary education as the Student of the Generation within the programme for exceptionally gifted students.

She is currently studying at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in the class of Professor Robert Lakatoš, one of the leading violinists and pedagogues in the region, and is among the youngest students in the history of this institution.

Among her most notable international achievements are the Grand Prix and the title of Absolute Winner at the "Jenő Hubay" Competition (Miskolc, Hungary, 2025), the First Prize at the prestigious "Jaroslav Kocian" Competition (Ústí nad Orlicí, Czech Republic, 2024), and the Fourth Prize at the renowned three-stage "Piccolo Violino Magico" Competition in Italy (2025). She was also a semi-finalist in the international project "Virtuosos" (Budapest, 2025).

To date, she has performed as a soloist at the Kolarac Endowment, the SASA Gallery, the Serbian Armed Forces Hall, and the Guarnerius Centre for Fine Arts, as well as with the FVG Orchestra in San Vito al Tagliamento (Italy), under the baton of Giancarlo Guarino.

Nina has also performed with the RTS Symphony Orchestra and with the Vratsa Symphony Orchestra in Bulgaria, where under the baton of Maestro Svetoslav Borisov she performed Paganini’s Violin Concerto No. 1.

She has collaborated with distinguished artists, among whom Maestro Jovan Kolundžija stands out in particular, with whom she performed Bach’s Concerto for Two Violins.

Her interpretations are often described as a combination of sincere musicality and brilliant technical assurance, coupled with a rare ability to enrich even the most familiar compositions with new energy, a personal artistic signature, and expressive depth.
